Dr. Cyndy Snyder is a senior consultant with NSRG. She has over 10 years of experience conducting education and social service research and evaluation studies and holds a PhD in Education Research and Evaluation from UC Berkeley.
Dr. Snyder’s professional agenda focuses on facilitating social change through research that informs, and ultimately improves, services and programs for families and communities. Her primary areas of focus include qualitative and mixed-methods, higher education, and health services. She has consulted with education and community organizations in the areas of research and evaluation design, data analysis and reporting, and grant writing.
Dr. Snyder’s scholarly work centers on understanding racial bias and discrimination in education and healthcare. Dr. Snyder has led qualitative and quantitative studies and published articles in the areas of college access and campus climate, sociocultural and psychosocial development, and workforce diversity.
